How do I create a Faramove account?

How are fares calculated?
Fares are calculated on the app per distance and time. With the fixed rate base fare, an estimated fare is calculated thus: “base fare + price per kilometre”.
How can I get a price estimate for my delivery?
The estimated price for a user’s order is calculated when the pickup and drop off addresses and other delivery requirements are inputted on the app.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes! This can be done on the app’s homepage. Fill in the details of the delivery you are requesting, add the date and time of your preferred pickup from the schedule timer.
How do I prepare my item(s) for pickup and drop off?
Different items require different package methods. Kindly take note of these:
- All item(s) are to be wrapped and sealed.
- Fragile item(s) are to be packaged well to avoid damage
- State the value and fragility status of item(s)
Note: We conduct our checks at the hub to ensure the item’s worthiness.
Can I contact my assigned pilot?
Once a pilot is assigned to you, his contact information shows up on your delivery page on the app. This includes his name and phone number. Reach out to the pilot via Faramove’s call or in-app messaging features.
